Herts Careline has added its voice to support Carers Week. We'll make sure carers have access to useful information about how telecare services can help support their caring responsibilities to ensure those in their care have support on hand 24-7. Carers Week raises awareness to ensure carers are aware of their rights and can access the support that is available to them as soon as they need it. This is particularly important given the very challenging couple of years that carers have endured throughout the pandemic. There is a lot of support for unpaid carers in Hertfordshire, including Carers in Hertfordshire and Crossroads Care, and nationally, Carers UK. Please do contact them for support if you need it.

We find that assistive technology can also play a part in supporting carers, giving them peace on mind that help is on hand 24/7 for the person they care for. This means they can ‘pop out' for an appointment or to work, knowing that we can be there to help too.

Feel free to call us on 0300 999 2 999 for more information or view our Carer’s Support brochure. We also offer a We offer a 5% discount to Carers’ Passport members through Carers in Hertfordshire.
