Over the Christmas period our Control Room will be taking calls 24/7 in the usual way.
Our installation team will be available for urgent issues over the Christmas period should they be required, as well as for other issues.
Our administration team will be processing Referrals up until 4pm on Friday 22nd December 2023. During the period 27th, 28th and 29th December, inboxes will be monitored for urgent referrals or urgent call-backs. The team will then process referrals again from Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
This season is one of our busiest and we’re fully equipped to provide reassurance and emergency support for everyone we provide support for.
