Herts Careline is pleased to have joined a new community-based website, Frontline.
Frontline is a community project that helps the public and frontline workers quickly find details of local health and wellbeing services. They can then share information and make referrals that will help those they look after.
Frontline in East Herts is a pilot project with the hope that it will expand across the whole of Hertfordshire in the future.
So, if you’re a professional, take a look at the Frontline website – it has a whole host of information about transport, mental health support, welfare, meals support etc.
