Today, at twelve o’clock, we will join the nation in a moment of National Reflection to mark the first anniversary of the first UK lockdown.

We say thank you to the NHS and every key worker who has worked tirelessly during this most challenging year. We remember those who sadly lost their lives as a result of coronavirus, their families and friends, and to the many who have been isolating, shielding and unable to see their loved ones as they usually would.

On a personal note, Herts Careline has been a lifeline to those who live alone or shielding. We are hugely proud of all our call operators and office team who have been able to ensure our essential service has continued to provide 24/7 support as usual during the most challenging of times.
