At times like these, a community alarm can be so important. While family is unable to visit as they usually would, Careline can be a lifeline to those who live alone or self-isolating, and for their families, it can be hugely reassuring to know that help is on hand at the press of a button 24/7.

We won’t let COVID-19 stop us providing the service to new and existing customers. We’re more than able to welcome more customers and fully support our existing ones at this current challenging time.

Members of the public – you can apply online (for yourself or on behalf of someone else) or ask us to send an information pack in the post. We also offer a free telephone form filling service over the phone if you need some support completing the paperwork.

If someone is self isolating or feeling unwell, we can offer contactless installations and equipment doorstep drop offs, and our installer can give instructions to install the equipment over the telephone – it literally is ‘plug and play’.

If someone is healthy and our installer can attend the home to install the equipment in the usual way.

For every customer we visit, the installer will wear PPE, use sanitiser, clean surfaces and wash their hands, and social distancing guidelines will be adhered to.
