Halloween – handy no trick or treating sign

We’re hoping that Hertfordshire will play their part and celebrate Halloween safely and thoughtfully this year.

We worry every year that trick or treaters will make those in our care worry when they receive a knock on the door after dark. So, if you are going out this spooky season, we encourage you to keep in mind there may be vulnerable people living in your community to be mindful of. Only knock on doors where there is a pumpkin on the doorstep, and think of others around you. We know there may be calls to Herts Careline's control room on Halloween night from anxious residents, so do keep us all in mind so fun can be enjoyed by those who want to take part.
