Carers Week is a yearly awareness campaign that that aims to highlight the challenges faced by unpaid carers, and recognise their huge contribution to families, friends and communities up and down the UK.
This Carers Week, we'll make sure carers have access to useful information about how telecare services can help support their caring responsibilities to ensure those in their care have support on hand 24-7.
Carers Week raises awareness to ensure carers are aware of their rights and can access the support that is available to them as soon as they need it.
There is a lot of support for unpaid carers in Hertfordshire, including Carers in Hertfordshire and nationally, Carers UK and Carers Worldwide. Please do contact them for support if you need it.
