Advance Notice: Planned Herts Careline software updates – 14 and 15 July 2026

In preparation for the national Analogue to Digital switchover, Herts Careline has arranged major updates to our control room software systems on Tuesday 14 July and Wednesday 15 July 2026.

Rest assured, during this period, the Careline service will continue to operate as usual from our alternative control room. Calls will still be answered; however, they may take a little longer to connect. We would also be grateful if you could please avoid making any test calls from your equipment whilst these updates are taking place.
