In preparation for the national Analogue to Digital switchover, Herts Careline has scheduled its final programme of major updates to our control room software systems.
The dates include:
- Tuesday 27 October
- Wednesday 28 October
- Thursday 29 October
- Monday 2 November
- Tuesday 3 November
- Wednesday 11 November.
During this period, the Herts Careline service will continue to operate as usual. Calls will still be answered; however, they may take a little longer to connect.
Please can we ask that you do not make test calls on these dates.
