At Herts Careline, alongside our other telecare, we provide the All OK reassurance service for just £15 per month (plus VAT if applicable)*.
How it works
To make sure you are feeling well each day, our control room can make an automated call at a personalised time to your landline or mobile phone to check you’re OK.
All you have to do is answer the call and press 1 if you feel well or 2 if you feel unwell or need help. If you press 2 or do not press either number or answer the call, one of our call operators will call you back to arrange the appropriate help. If you do not respond to the call back, they will contact your emergency contacts and, if necessary, the emergency services.
