Unfortunately due to a national telecommunications issue on some mobile networks last night, the Careline system is still processing a back log of test transmissions this morning, which we are working hard to process, but it is causing some delays to our call handling. 

Calls for help will still be answered but with a delay.

Please can we ask for your support today in refraining from making test calls.
