Unfortunately, due to server technical issues his week, the Herts Careline system is still incurring issues out of our control today.
It is causing some delays to our call handling - calls for help will still be answered but with a delay.
If you alarm is not connecting or is stuck on a loop of sounds, it is possible to stop this by switching your alarm unit OFF using the Power button on the alarm unit (not at the mains). Keep switched off for 5 seconds. Then turn back ON by holding down the Power button again.

If Powering the alarm unit off and on, please do not then make a test call today – please wait until tomorrow.

Unfortunately due to a national telecommunications issue on some mobile networks last night, the Careline system is still processing a back log of test transmissions this morning, which we are working hard to process, but it is causing some delays to our call handling.
Calls for help will still be answered but with a delay.
Please can we ask for your support today in refraining from making test calls.
