Careline joins Tell Us Once service

To support families during one of the most difficult times in their lives, Careline has joined the Government’s Tell Us Once (TUO) service.

TUO allows someone to report a death to most government organisations in a single step. Careline is included under the category “Are you getting services from your local council?

Our customer service team works hard to make joining Careline as straightforward as possible. Equally, when the time comes for someone to leave our service during the saddest of circumstances, we want the experience to be as simple and calm as possible for their families.
