How do I cancel my service?

If you no longer need your Careline or Herts Bernie service, due to the nature of the service, cancellation must be received in writing.

You can do this via our secure cancellation eForm, or by writing to us:

Herts Careline, P.O. Box 10613, Nottingham, NG6 6DW

If you have cancelled your service, you will receive instructions how to either return or recycle or dispose of you equipment.

If we ask you to return the equipment, we will provide you with the postage paid packaging.
