We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as emergency call handlers on a bank staff basis.Job Description: As an emergency call handler, you will be responsible for answering calls from a diverse range of service users, contacts, and professionals with various needs. Your role may involve assisting distressed individuals with emergency situations, providing reassurance on different matters, handling routine calls such as housing repairs, equipment testing, and updating records. Every day will present new challenges and opportunities to positively impact the lives of others.

We'll make sure carers have access to useful information about how telecare services can help support their caring responsibilities to ensure those in their care have support on hand 24-7. Carers Week raises awareness to ensure carers are aware of their rights and can access the support that is available to them as soon as they need it.There is a lot of support for unpaid carers in Hertfordshire, including Carers in Hertfordshire and nationally, Carers UK. With Hospitals across Hertfordshire facing pressures, Herts Careline is hoping its Hospital Discharge community alarm service is offering some relief to professionals who wish to discharge patients home with support on hand 24/7 to help with their continued recovery.Herts Careline's Hospital Discharge services enables us to provide hospitals serving the Hertfordshire community with a package of telecare for patients who are due to be discharged from hospital, to allow them to return home safely and more quickly.
