This winter initiative aims to make the transition to the service even more comforting for new users. Scam warning DescriptionWe've had reports from a service user receiving a call from a company pretending they have taken over the Herts Careline service. They told them they were going to cancel their alarm unit and send new pendants, so had to provide bank details. Luckily this service user refused to give the details and reported it to us at Herts Careline.Please be vigilant and advise loved ones using our service that this is categorically not the case and to never give out bank details to companies portraying to be us.
